Pre-cooked products
The pre-cooked products we make, whole or in flour form, are obtained by steam-treating cereals, legumes or mixed
combinations, followed by dehydration and micronisation to reach the grain-size required by the customer if flour has to be
produced.
Our choice to steam cook is mainly due to the need to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product which
is a factor that determines a better quality of the end result. These pre-cooked flours can be used as ingredients in many
different food recipes to make soups and creamed vegetables that are ready to use almost immediately and then again as
thickeners.
They can be made from processing of beans, chick peas, lentils, broad beans, field beans, peas, wheat, spelt,
oats, barley, triticale, soya, etc.
They could also be used to make yoghurt, cosmetics, flavourings and thickeners. Our
careful controls of the plants, compliance with the HACCP manual and respect for our ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004
procedures ensure that our company can guarantee a production that is absolutely in line with regulations on foodstuffs and
respectful of nature.
