Food fibres
Products made from many different raw vegetable materials with procedures that are of a physical and not chemical nature. Our
food fibres are ground to the size requested by the buyer and treated with heat (pasteurisation) for use in fibre supplements
in the various industrial food recipes.
The end product of these processes is a fibre supplement, of different types and in
different percentages, in the various applications; it can also be used as an anticaking agent (fluidifying agent) and
absorbent.
The fibres are taken from different vegetables such as wheat, oats, maize, soya, hazelnuts, apple, beet, cocoa,
etc. Our company is also willing to research new fibres in the vegetable world and to make itself available for perfecting
specific grain-sizes, moisture, packaging and particular tailor-made characteristics for each customer.
