Vegetable Additives, Fillers

In our company we produce vegetable additives, fillers based on the specific requirements of our customers. We have a great deal of experience with the experiments carried out in the Vegetalplast project for which we developed the production of the WPC compound (Wood Plastic Composite) which is the amalgamation of synthetic plastics (PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, SAN, etc.), recycled or virgin, and fibres or vegetable additives (wood flours, renewable fibres derived from almonds, hazelnuts, maize, etc.). With our additives it is also possible to produce biocomposites utilising biopolymers such as mater-bi, pla, biolice, etc.

With the WPC compound it is possible to produce - by extrusion or injection moulding - a host of profiles, moulded pieces, sheets for thermoforming, etc. WPC is used the world over to produce walkways, profiles for ships and for the edges of swimming pools, urban furnishings, etc.

We have formulations that have already been experimented and used for many years by our customers; we can also study and perfect new products that meet the buyer's requirements utilising different raw materials and achieving targeted grain-sizes and characteristics.
